Order Process
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment using PayPal & Credit Card. You can pay directly through major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Simply checkout using the PayPal option, scroll down and register for a PayPal account to pay with regular credit card.
How can I check if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This email will also include a link to our carrier’s website where you will be able to track your package.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Allow up to 2 business days for processing your order. You will usually have your watch within 10-14 business days if you choose standard shipping.
Can I purchase watches from your office locations?
We do not have a retail store at our office locations. To find retail stores, please visit our resellers page.

What is your shipping policy?

Do you ship orders worldwide?
Of course! We accept and ship orders on a daily basis to customers worldwide.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box address?
At present, we are unable to fulfill shipments to P.O. Box addresses. However we hope to provide this service in the near future.
What are the shipping options, rates and delivery timing?
Online orders for items in stock are shipped from 2 – 3 business days from order receipt via two options:
Standard Shipping: Normally from 10 – 14 business days
– For orders under US$100: US$12.50
– For orders US$100 or above: FREE!
Express Shipping: From 4 business days
– Shipping charges: US$32.50
Do you ship orders to work addresses?
Of course! We can ship to your permanent residential address or your place of employment.
Will I be charged duties and taxes on receipt of goods?
It is important to note that import taxes and charges are NOT included in the price of your order. All shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties however occasionally the destination country’s customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge these duties and taxes. Since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, it might be a good idea to check with your local customs office before you order.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number which can be used on our carrier’s website.

Can I return or exchange an item not purchased on ZIIIRO.com?
For all purchases made outside of ZIIIRO.com, please refer to the original place of purchase.

What is covered under the ZIIIRO International Warranty?
Your watch is protected against any defects in movement/mechanism and workmanship that may occur under normal usage for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Within this period your watch will be repaired free of charge, except for a shipping/handling and insurance fee.

What is not covered under the ZIIIRO International Warranty?
(A) Batteries, Case, Glass, Clasp, Bracelet, Strap.
(B) Incorrect or abusive use, accidental damage, inexpert or unauthorised repair.
(C) Normal wear and tear, discoloring occurring through normal usage.
(D) Water penetration through misuse.
