Did you ever experience & overcome a creative block?

I sometimes do experience a creative block because even if I try to consume content that could inspire me (images, experiences, travel etc), inspiration is a notion we can’t completely control and some days I’m facing creative blocks. In this case, I try not to feel guilty and I stop creating because in my opinion it’s useless to force myself. I don’t need negative energies. I’d rather take time for myself, and I know that inspiration will be back soon. And usually the next day I am inspired again and ready to create.

What do you do to get inspired?

I like to be curious. Searching for inspiration is not only about things you know. For example, it’s not because I’m an illustrator that I will only try to find inspiration though illustration. No, I like to follow different interests, different types of art, I like to go out, I like to travel, I like to talk to people… All these things are going to inspire me.

What’s your favourite tool to work with?

Probably my iPad Pro which allows me to create everywhere!

Do you listen to anything while working?

Mostly YouTube videos. I love to be surrounding by people when I’m working even “virtual” ones through my computer screen.

If you wouldn’t work as creative professional, what would be your job?

This is the question I often ask to myself because to be honest I have no idea. Creating is pretty much a need for me. I need to create, to draw to feel happy in my life that’s why I don’t know which other job could suit me.

What’s the most challenging part of your work?

Being able to feel inspired every single day. Trust me, it’s not that easy 🙂
