We thought many would like to see the Eclipse’s Swiss Super-LumiNova® pigment glow in real-life so we took a short video of the Eclipse Grey in action.
The watch was activated under sunlight for a brief moment and then moved over to a dark area. You will see how strong the glow is with Super-LumiNova® pigment as compared to other watches which use normal phosphorescent powder.
This technology offers up to ten times higher brightness than other zinc sulfide–based phosphorescent materials. The activation and subsequent light emission process can be repeated again and again, and this material does not suffer any practical aging.
What about a small night time-lapse after activation of the pigment? Could be interesting!
Nice blog, i watched the video also that you shared in the blog. This is really great concept, such type of watches i have never seen.
My kids love the watches, my problem is that I can’t get the watch out of the band to change the time. Can anyone give me a solution to this problem.
