Availability

Hello there,

Over the last few weeks, there are people asking “where / when can I get the watch?” by E-Mail, on Facebook or Twitter, and we are very happy to see that people seem to like what we are doing 🙂 So if you’re asking yourself, what’s happening right now: We are currently working on the ZERO Gravity, and also on the special edition watch, like described in that other post. There are startups who would to take pre-orders at this point, but we prefer to wait until you can see the real product, as you only have seen concept pictures so far. Anyway – right now, it looks like we are finalizing the ZERO Gravity around Oct. / Nov. 2010, and start selling it around that time. It’s possible that the other model will be finished even earlier, we don’t know yet. But we’ll update this post to let you know. Feel free to comment on this post, if there are any questions!

EDIT: Sorry, the release date will be delayed, now it looks like first half of Dec.!

EDIT 2: We forgot to change this post: pre-ordered watches will be sent out starting dec. 23rd.

This is a very interesting point of view. Your blog is refreshing, but I wish one could find more content, though. I am looking forward to reading more from you. Keep up the good work. thanks.

So excited to get my hands on one! I really enjoyed your post about the technical challenges you encountered when youu moved into production. It’s so refreshing to hear you thinking about all the details with your customers in mind. Keep it up!

So, the Mercury watches are out for PreOrder and I am curious. Where are the seconds? Just minutes and hours or are there other models to come which include a visualization of the seconds?

And –second question– are there other color schemes to come for the mercury? Something like black/white and black/green?

Besides that – these are some awesome watches and I am definitely buying one.

We are glad that you like them 🙂
Right, the seconds disc was there on the concept pictures – we even had them on the real prototypes as well. But we decided to remove them because the distance between them and the discs below was too big and didn’t look that well.
Regarding other color schemes – no, at the moment there are no plans on other color schemes for Mercury.
